Honestly, I’m really glad I found Nicolet Family Homes. I went to them for advice on my home renovation, and they made what felt like an overwhelming situation a lot easier to handle. Being new to all of this, I had a ton of questions, and they were patient and clear every step of the way.

They didn’t just throw options at me—they actually listened and helped me figure out what made the most sense for my home and budget. That meant a lot.

I met Ben and Vilena at one of their open house listings in Fridley. Both were very kind and approachable when I had questions about the remodeled home. On top of their customer service, I was most impressed with their work and modern finishes they added to the home. Would have never guessed it was built in the 50s!
